Sizing & Fit
How do Wearzy tees fit?
They are cut oversized on purpose — a relaxed body with a dropped shoulder. If you want the intended look, order your usual size. If you prefer something closer to the body, size down.
Which sizes can I order?
Every product page lists the sizes currently in stock, smallest to largest, and greys out anything sold out. Measurements are in the size guide on the product page.
What if the size is wrong when it arrives?
We replace a wrong or defective item within 3 days of delivery, but we cannot exchange a correctly shipped garment for a different size. Please check the size guide before ordering — or visit the store and try it on.
Fabric & Care
What is the fabric?
240 GSM heavyweight cotton. Substantial enough to hold its shape, still breathable in Indian weather.
How should I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Skip the bleach, dry in shade rather than direct sun, and if you iron, avoid going over the print. Treated this way the fabric and the artwork both last.
Ordering & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards, and net banking — all through PhonePe’s secure checkout. Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹999.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as you can at info@wearzy.in or +91 9653533389, or check My Orders for its current status.
Do I need an account?
Yes — we verify orders with a one-time password on your mobile number. No password to remember.
Delivery
What does shipping cost?
Standard delivery is free anywhere in India, with no minimum order. Express delivery is a flat ₹150.
How long will it take?
3–5 business days to metros, 5–7 to tier-2 and tier-3 cities, and 7–10 to remote or hilly regions. Full detail on the Delivery Policy page.
Can I track it?
You get a tracking link by SMS and email at dispatch, and the live status is always in My Orders.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet — we currently deliver within India only.
Replacements & Refunds
What if my item is damaged or wrong?
Email info@wearzy.in within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Approved replacements are dispatched in 4–7 business days and delivered in 8–12 business days.
Do you accept returns or give refunds?
No. We do not accept returns and do not refund delivered products — we replace the same item instead. Refunds apply only to payment problems such as a failed or duplicate charge. See the Replacement Policy and Refund Policy.
